Staff was friendly and responsive, but no sense of oversight. 1. Shower control fell off in your hand. 2. Shower drain was plugged. 3. Only decaf in room (front desk said “we ran out awhile ago.”) Room wasn’t made up. When we asked why , we were told they only clean every other day. Neither Marriott nor Hotels-dot-com told us before booking. 4. Once we pushed for room cleaning after the plumbing issue, toilet paper was not replaced. Is that anyway to run an international hotel change?

I checked in on Friday and was immediately hit with a strong mold and mildew smell as soon as I walked into my room. It smelled wet and musty — like something had been sitting damp for a long time. I went to the front desk to request a different room, hoping it was just a one-time issue, but the second room had the exact same problem. There is visible mold on the windows, and the shower also has mold and mildew buildup. The smell is overwhelming and made it uncomfortable to even be in the room. It's clear that there’s a serious ventilation or cleanliness issue, and it doesn’t seem like it’s being properly addressed. I’m very disappointed with the condition of this hotel and would not recommend it unless they take serious steps to resolve the mold problem. For health and safety reasons, I hope management takes this seriously. I Do Not Recommend This Property!
