Our host was very responsive and helpful when we were preparing for our arrival, and was always available for questions during our stay. That’s reassuring!The cottage is well-equipped, nicely decorated, and in the best location for anything that one might want to enjoy in Baton Rouge. Everything in the cottage seems to be brand new. We were provided nice products needed in the bathroom, kitchen, and laundry room.The host provided quite a selection of snacks, bottled water, and sodas for us, as well!We didn’t use the hot tub, but did spend an afternoon on the deck in back listening to the birds and enjoying the springtime weather.The bed in the en suite bedroom was very comfortable! There are great restaurants five minutes away, as well as shopping, gas stations, parks, and other services.We were there to attend a couple of local Mardi Gras parades, which were in very close proximity.The LSU campus is a short drive from the cottage if you have business there, or want to catch a sports event. We visited Mike the Tiger one day .Highly recommend!

Great cottage! Just as clean, new, and quaint as shown in the pictures. Conveniently located for our needs during our long weekend in Baton Rouge. Very well and thoughtfully appointed with amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. Ample space, great back deck for relaxing in the evening. Quiet neighborhood. Really liked the cottage! Owners were very responsive as well.
