Horrible experiences

I did check in late in the evening, I must say this was just a stay for a few hours I only needed a place to sleep due to the next mornings events that were scheduled. I can say this I will never stay in this hotel again, it reminded me of a motel smelled old, I should have expected much but this was an absolute horrible experience.

3rd time staying here to visit with family in the area. Rooms are clean and quiet. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

The first night there was a dead roach on the bathroom floor. After housekeeping made a visit (linen change - towels), there were two dead roaches on the floor. Also, I drank 2 cups of coffe my first morning and had to go to the desk to ask for more for my second morning. I was not impressed

The property was clean, I felt safe. No strange people walking around or up and down the halls. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Very good breakfast. My child is a LSU student so I will be booking again soon. Thanks

Hotel was clean and the room was amazing very comfortable, smelled clean! Towels was offered to us by house keeping when we said we didnt want room service, the pool area was so nice! The workers were kind and breakfast was good as well. If i ever have to stay in baton rouge again this would be the place i would pick.
