Bathroom has no space to put your additional space toiletries. If both sides of the bed able to control the lightings will be good. One side of bed power point is too low hence unable to plug in your handphone plug. No day curtain. Room insufficient lights. Duty manager Mr Jumandi did a good job in service recovery. IMO, avoid room facing GBM despite having a good view on higher floor but the dis advantage is facing afternoon sun which you need to close the curtain completely.

A very nice property located in the middle of the market. A lot of eateries and even Mall nearby. Money exchange and supermarket outside the hotel itself. Big and clean rooms with 24 hours room service. Absolutely will visit again.
