I wouldn’t recommend it as we had carpet beetles in our room. I brought it up to the staff at front desk and they gave me 10% off my stay, but unfortunately that’s not enough for me to return.

I didn't have high expectations, but dust on the coffee maker and ice bucket. No filters to make coffee. Light bulb beside the couch was burnt out with the cushions out of place and cob webs on the wall behind the washroom door. On the upside, friendly staff. Good breakfast and ice cold AC.

The staff was very friendly and the maids did a super job of the room. Breakfast was always there and ready with coffee and fruits and helpful staff. BUT... Smokers should be told to stay away from the entrance and BUT BUDDIES should be installed to collect the butts from smokers and not thrown on the ground.

Our stay was okay. Our kids really enjoyed the pool, though it is small and if there are any other people there it feels crowded. The hotel as a whole is in need of some updates, new carpets and paint would help. Most of the lighting is dim and old. The room we stayed in was fine, we had the room with a jetted tub which was lovely and it actually worked! But otherwise it was just basic and similarly in need of updating like the rest of the hotel. Most of the walls are scratched and dinged, the stairs are well worn! The tile in common spaces is dated. Most of the hotel is just okay. The breakfast options were pretty basic, but nice that its free. Nothing too exciting. Nothing beyond the typical free breakfasts, though the dining area was also outdated and in need of some love. The workout room was not operational, and was being used as a storage room. That was disappointing, and wpuld have been a nice option. The redeeming piece of this hotel is the staff, who are quite friendly and knowledgeable! They seem to be positive and enjoy their jobs. I probably wouldn't stay at this hotel again, I'd rather pay a bit extra for something nicer.

Location,bed comfort, breakfast choices were great. The room had water damage on ceiling walls and carpet. Property was clean. Staff was friendly and hard working. The building and gardens need repairs.
