The staff were very friendly and the beds were comfortable and had clean linens. The breakfast was also very good. The rooms were dusty and the toilet was still dirty. The walls are also VERY thin and you can hear everything.

When we first arrived at the hotel we noticed that it was quite cold in the room. I adjusted the heat to find that it was not working. We followed up with the front desk and she went in to check while we went to the pool. When we returned she offered us a Space heater to warm up the room. This did not work. The Hallway of the hotel was warmer than the room. I followed up with the front desk after a couple hours and asked to be compensated or a NEW room. They had a King room available and we were happy to move into it. I will also note that when we arrived at the NEW room the Toilet was broken. I was able to easily fix the toilet with a paperclip. I will not be staying here again.

It's an older hotel. Beds were comfortable and all your typical hotel amenities. The microwave in the room didn't work but the staff was more then willing to help out. Breakfast was okay. It was a very small room that had the food. But had some variety of food.

Room 202 smelled like it was just partied in. Mold on the roof in the washroom. Marks and dents in the wall. Transferred to room 212. First hole in the wall. Toilet paper wrapped around the fire alarm. Stains on the sheets. We took pictures of everything. Got charged $200 for damages of the room and haven’t received it back yet, but they weren’t afraid to take it off my credit card right when I arrived!

The tv didn't function. Food was still in the fridge from the previous person. Microwave was dirty. There was no conditioner left in the dispenser and very little body wash - suplies had not been topped up.
