Place to stay in power outage

Average place... lots of things that need attention that's for sure. Scrapes and dents in walls pieces of trim missing in the bathroom some wires of some sort hanging from below the heating unit. Thermostat not secured to the wall. Countertop and bathroom was broken and looks like it was fixed with some silicone. Caulking around bathtub has rust marks. Plug behind one of the beds had something plugged into it that we don't know what it was. And Wi-Fi not even working.

Hotel was very run down. Bathroom door falling off, phone ripped out of wall, shower sprayed 7 different ways… none of which hit you. If you use the pool, you may want to run a skimmer through it before getting in. On the plus side… the parking is free and breakfast was edible.

The property served it purpose for an overnight but suspect some of the rooms are rented out to social services. Clearly there is no follow-up on the non-smoking thing, string, stale hallway odor was clearly from smoking inside. Room was relatively clean but dates and in need of restoration.

False advertising on Expedia and your website for pet friendly. I paid for a 2queen first floor room for my husband and myself plus our small parrot and small dog. It was getting too cold so we decided to go where it was warm. I will be going forward to get a full refund and stop businesses from false advertising.

The lobby is nice but the rest of the hotel is a bit run down and not maintained. The breakfast bar is small but sufficient. The hot tub is either under filled or over filled and not hot- could easily take a bath that is hotter. It is good for 1-2 night stay only if it is cheap in my opinion.

Ok but needs work

We stayed at this hotel last year and we were really impressed so decided we’d book again for our family vacay. It is still an ok hotel. There are some repairs that need attention. The towel rack was hanging the fridge freezer door was broken and over filled with ice build up. The halls smelled terrible of pot. Being a non smoking hotel this was not enjoyable. The handle on the bathroom door was messed. Aside from that it is an OK place to put your head and use the pool.

Got the king suite , the toilet paper was used rolled down , there’s table broken in our room , marks all over walls , hair in bath tub , mirrors not cleaned , tub has build up of people bathing in it , curtains have holes . Disappointed . Biggest suite here , but didn’t realize how unclean the facility would be

I was very excited to try this place but as I walked into Our room I smelt a horrible smell. I went to the front desk about it and was given air freshener that did not really help. Unfortunately no other room was an option. I found it hard to sleep In the room with the overwhelming smell. The bed was comfortable but it didn’t take away from the smell of the room. In the morning It was extremely loud, kids running down the halls yelling. I went to the front desk in the morning to talk about the smell and I was just told they would get the cleaner to look into it.
