Checked into our room o find that it hadn't been cleaned. Beds were unmade and floor needed vacuuming. Front desk upgraded us to king room with pullout couch. Everything in the room was worn out, poorly maintained and dirty. Sink clogged, bathtub shower walls stained, multiple drywal patches on walls (extremely poorly repaired), door to get in and out of room bent enough to the point that you had to force it shut. Bathroom door had overspray and stains on it. 3 light bulbs burnt out. Paint runs/streaks around window frame. Don't think the painters used tape, extremely poor workmanship. Whoever Days Inn are using to maintain this property should be replaced. If you like the bright white harsh hospital lighting look then this hotel is for you. Extremely sterile feel to this bright white l.e.d.lighting. The only saving grace was that the staff were beyond friendly and accommodating. Days Inn corporate should have more supervision of their franchisee's properties. We expect a higher level of standards from a chain such as Days Inn. The cost of this room was certainly not justified.

It was what I expected for the price I paid. This place is older and well used, but well kept and clean. The access to the hotel was difficult due to construction, but that will end. Good friendly service from all the staff I met.

Terrible. It took 45 minutes. Only one lady at reception. She turned down multiple people at 2:30 telling them to come back at 3:00 pm causing a huge lineup as multiples families were checking in due to a hockey tournament for their kids. Like, all rooms are only available at 3:00?! A second one arrived at 3:30 and finally got the line moving.

This hotel is in need of serious renovation. Rooms and common areas are old and dingy. Plus, there is no elevator so if you are on the second floor, prepare to carry up your suitcases.

When I checked in receptionist told me that i would be charged if there was blood on the linens or damage. When i got to room i looked it over and found blood steins on pillow cases and curtains. I took pictures to the receptionist and was giving a choice of a reimbursement or a new room. I chose new room as we were very tired. The other room was still not acceptable conditions but we were to tired so stayed to get some rest.

The hall door was bent open with ability to view out. The bathroom has a leak, when you step on the floor the tiles seeped dirty water and the ceiling was moldy. Needs more repairs. Staff were pleasant, especially the gentleman server at the breakfast bar. Thank you.

Room run down, damage to walls, doors, Bathtub look unclean due to need for repair, toilet paper holder broken. Walls very thin. hotel noisy, back door exiting to parking lock didn't lock so anyone could enter the hotel from the back.
