Upon arrival the hotel said they don’t have a reservation. After talking with them they blamed it on Expedia. They said if we don’t book now all the rooms will be booked - therefore we booked costing way more then original price . After speaking with Expedia over the phone they repeatedly blamed the hotel and it was on their end . Through all of this I received a confirmation email as well as how was your check in and how was your stay.

There was a cockroach in the room. The shower curtain had stains on it. The balcony curtain had stains on it. Nothing was white. It was all yellow-ish in colour which appeared to be dirty. The whole hotel was not well maintained. It was old and dirty. They charged my credit card unnecessarily without prior notice. Google reviews say this hotel is known to scam people this way. They charge people’s credit cards with fraudulent charges.

Staff at front desk was very nice but this hotel is very old and neglected looking. Our room had broken fixtures and a hole punched in the wall by the bed. The sheets did not look clean and there were hairs and other questionable black things in the bed. We choose not to stay.
