We did run into a few issues with tv & remote but staff was great & got it taken care very quickly. Very impressed with the staff Windows were very dirty & water pressure was not the greatest but we managed Beds were fabulous as were the pillows

On main floor the room above us was incredibly loud and it transferred through. Very very outdated and water in the room had an odor. Door had to be forced shut and barely locked

There was a cigarette burn in the chair in a non smoking room. The light switch was very broken. Bathtub paint looks gross spots missing and there was mold in the shower. Alot of wall stains and holes in the black out blinds. When I checked in it seemed like a crack head was coming in. I didn't feel comfortable here at all. Not worth 200 a night.. I wont go here again. Would have liked to use the pool / hot tub but with the sate of the rooms I didnt think the pool would be much better. Sorry to be harsh but this hotel is a dump. I also have pictures if you want to see. Oh room 221 doors are the wrong size and slide on the ground. Bed was comfortable. Fridge was cold. Eggs at breakfast was fine.

Clean room nice beds. Not happy about having to hike up a hill to get to room. Friend uses a cane and it was a very hard time. But if parked at front of building all would have been good.

Door to room was not fit properly and hard to close. There was old food left in the mini-fridge and the TV did not work. I had to change rooms twice to get one that was "acceptable".

My cousin and I each had a lovely room. I did have a little glitch I. That the fire alarm went off at 1:30 in the morning and had to stand outside for 40 mins while they figured out how to turn it off
