Room was clean and comfortabke. Coffe and toilet paper were not replenished. I had to go to tje desk and ask for it. The continental breafast was terrible. Very weak coffee and the pastries were mushy like they get when refrozen. I had the eggsrta breakfast ine morning. The eggwhites were not cooked as well as he hashbrowns

Price to much for the service we got! The guy never mentioned about the breakfast schedule and as well I gave them cash for deposit and was not return! They said would be reflected on my credit card, which is not what wanted to do, I’m the customer you give my cash back!!!

Only reason I didn't give Excellent and really not the Hotels fault was the fact that both times we have stayed there's been a Hockey Tournament Team staying there. So you end up with kids running around like wild animals and playing hockey in the hallways all while the Parents are missing in action. Hotels should make teams book a conference room for the kids and parents to "Socialize" So as not to bother the others staying in the Hotel. The staff was doing their best to keep things civilized but without the parents help it's a lot of work. I would stay again but might ask about tournaments.

Everything was good however, the call from Heather I felt was aggressive to make sure we were keeping our reservation. We paid a lot of money for the room to have the jacuzzi tub jets not working. It makes me wonder how efficient they are at checking their tubs? Especially

We have stayed here many times and noticed a lovely and updated room. It was clean, as usual and we had a pleasant stay. I like how they have recycle bins right in the room. It would be nice to have cream and a better coffee machine in the room and two decaf and two regular coffee pods vs. one each. We were emailed about their 'improved' breakfast - but at $8 p/p, we stuck with their normal (kind of boring) breakfast. We were here on a Friday night when a hockey team(s?) were present so it made finding a seat for breakfast REALLY difficult and VERY loud. All the same - we'd stay here again as their service is nice and friendly.
