The staff was courteous and the hotel is in a good location. We had an issue with the toilet upon arrival. It is a new hotel and the sound proofing was not very good. Kids running up and down the hall slamming doors in the middle of the night.

Very clean and accommodating. Checked on us after we checked in if we needed anything. Breakfast was good. Your basic grab and go. Toast yogurt and HB eggs. Have stayed before this visit and will stay again!!

Check-in was seamless once I arrived. Nothing fancy. Parking lot was small for the size of the hotel, but it was more like a motel. Strong anti-smoking policy but you could smell it everywhere inside. I would not stay there again if there were other nearby options. Sorry. The room was great and the beds quite nice, comfortable.

Room was warm clean and comfortable the hotel staff were friendly helpful even welcomed me b ack after going to the casino remembering we were already guests in morning another person was looking in trash for her room key she put in with trash the desk person immediately came to help her wearing gloves helped her.

The staff members are super friendly and proactively call you after you arrive at your room to ensure everything is to your satisfaction. The $5 shuttle to the casino is perfect for event nights and comes every 15 minutes (don't try to walk in the winter, there's no sidewalk near the hotel and the snowbanks put you basically on the road). The breakfast was tasty and had a lot of decent options (the make-your-own waffles were the highlight). The rooms are clean, very comfy bed, shower had great pressure and temperature, microwave and mini fridge in the room were other highlights. Overall, great place to stay!
