Room clean, modern with enough conveniences and check in staff very friendly. However, there are 24/7 security because of what I would assume are long term tenants. I was charged $25 per night for a non shedding dog and I witnessed a totally disgusting room that was tenanted?!!

Arrived at the property and it felt unsafe. They had two security guards out front. Neither were welcoming and neither was the front desk staff. Very disappointing! Then We discovered live cockroaches in the room. The whole atmosphere was awful and we did not feel safe there. Way overpriced compared to other facilities.

Overpriced and the rooms were very damp, even with the AC on and how hot it was outside we all woke up with damp pillows and blankets. My son and I are not feeling the greatest when we got home all congested from the dampness.

Bed bugs! Beware!

Room was very dirty. Ant infestation at baseboard. Bed bugs. Clumps of dog hair in the corners of the room. Room in poor condition. I left the same night I checked in. Disgusting hotel.

Checkin staff were lovely, room was clean but the area is sketchy with security having to be present the entire time because of undesirable people constantly near the front. Did not feel great about being there with children. We left as early as we could.

Above average chain property. Clean and fairly recently updated. Friendly and attentive staff. Dog friendly ($25 fee). Convenient location just off the highway but a bit noisy as a result. Next door to several types of restaurants.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating and room was satisfactory. Our neighbours were quite noisy and disruptive which made our stay uncomfortable and there was lots of loitering around the building, but multiple security staff were present at all times so we were a little less worried about safety.

Hotel was fine, clean rooms. Security all around and we were not told why and were a bit concerned. When asking the following morning what was going on it was explained. It would have been nice them telling us when we booked in. However with the security around it helped make us feel safe.

As you pull up to the property, there are security guards standing around, which is not something I normally see. Then after parking, I see 5 males standing at the front of the building, who look intimidating. I’m a single female traveling and the whole situation was too much for me. The only saving grace was when I called the receptionist who kindly cancelled my reservation and I received a refund, hence giving 4 stars for that.

The breakfast was actually really good considering the type of property, we’ve stated a lot of different types hotels and the included breakfast isn’t always the best they didn’t have a lot of options at this one but the waffle maker worked perfectly, the eggs and sausages were prepared well tasted great. Don’t listen to the other reviews if you’re looking for a more affordable place to stay or just passing through, this place will do the trick. We booked two rooms both of them were in good shape they were clean comfortable the air-conditioning worked. I think we would stay here again
