We booked an executive king room but the moved us to the basement, wall paper is falling off, smelled like mold and rotten food, no elevator, hotel is in very poor condition and it still cost us over $300. I do not recommend this hotel.

I was disappointed to learn when I got to the hotel. That there was no food service on-site. There is a restaurant, but that was booked out for a large group. I reached out to the front desk to see if they had a toothbrush, because I forgot mine, and they didn't. The HVAC in the room was very loud but bed was comfortable.

They put me at the back of hotel, sliding doors ground floor...Senior woman...3 cars back there did not feel safe requested another room which they gave. Front desk was very helpful...lobby was nice....but rest of hotel needed a complete face lift. Very old. Stucco falling off side of building, landscaping was nil. .pool not open...@187.00 a nite think there was better choices.. would not stay again

After we arrived, I found out that this hotel is in receivership. The outside is very dirty and the rooms are very worn out and stained. We even had a homeless person knock on our patio door and ask for money. I would definitely not recommend this hotel. Hotels.com need to update the star rating as it was listed as 4 stars. It should be 1 star.
