Above expectations!
The apartment was amazing, perfectly located to travel around, and we were very grateful to be given an apartment with a view to the Sagrada Familia. The 24 hour reception meant booking in was hassle free, and the staff were friendly and always willing to help. You can leave your luggage in a locked room when you check out if needed. The apartment was bigger than expected, very well laid out, and spotlessly clean. The sofa was comfortable - which is the first thing I look at in any listing, and tv had YouTube, so if you change the language settings you get things to watch in your own language which was enough for us as we were out most of the time. It also has Netflix etc on the tv if you want to add your account. The bathroom was nice and big with plenty of towels and complimentary mini shampoo, and shower gel. Note, you can’t have a bath, so the photo is a bit misleading, and we never found the shower piping hot but it wasn’t a problem for us. We found the kitchen was well equipped for our personal needs, with the dishwasher being a welcome addition. There was even a welcome bottle of water in the fridge. We found the air con in the bathroom a bit noisy so just turned off at night. Definitely buy the travelcard for the metro - we got a 3 day pass and went everywhere, including back to the airport on our last day! It would have easily cost triple paying for separate journeys. Attractions are too spaced out to walk everywhere. Highly recommended stay!

It was a good experience. However, few important details, very poor wifi connection in bedroom.Although it was promoted with washer machine, the connection was there but no washer. However, great location behind Sagrada Familia and multiples restaurants, retail stores and 24/7 grocery, including Christmas day! We were a family in 4 and will recommend this apart/hotel

Check-in was very easy - really helpful front desk team. The apartment well set out and conveniently located, serviced daily. States "Laundry Facilities" on Hotels.com site but there was no washing machine or dryer. When this queried, no suggestion there ever was. Laundrette located approx 40 metres down street sufficed. Several small supermarkets in immediate vicinity.
