Localização perto das atrações. Localização do apartamento em uma rua sem muito movimento. Lojas e restaurantes nos arredores. Fica no segundo andar, escada estreita, sem elevador. O ar condicionado da sala não esquentava o suficiente. Aquecedor de água com pouca capacidade (4 pessoas). Próximo ao metrô. O box do chuveiro pequeno demais e escuro.
