Welcome to my beautiful home! You want to have a cultural visit? Shopping? Going to the beach? Do some sightseeing? Or just relax with family and / or friends? Come visit my house! Despite the great location just two minutes from the main park BarcelonaEl Park Güell, the rooms are quiet and silent. This home is the perfect place to stay when you decide to spend your weekend or vacation in Barcelona! Why? First, it is perfectly located near Guell Park, the largest park in the center of Barcelona and on the other hand, you have all the connections, the green line metro (L3) and bus. In 10 minutes by tube to the central point of Barcelona, ​​Plaça Catalunya. as well as the famous street of La Rambla, the historic Gothic Quarter with the Cathedral of Barcelona is located a stone's throw away and if you take the metro L4, 2 stations to take you to get to the beach. But if you prefer a nice walk to discover the Gracia with all the little shops, markets and restaurants. And after a day emphasizing visiting new places is great to relax in the garden Despite the central location, you will have a good sleep in the house because the street and the neighborhood is quiet. Beautiful home near Park Guell
7 bedroom, 3.5 baths, several lounge areas, dining room and well equipped kitchen. Our extended family of 14 were very comfortable In this home. Convenient to the Metro, groceries an Park Guell. The outdoor patio and living room were great for gathering and for children to play. Dolors was a wonderful host that communicated well and offered great advice. She provided everything for a fun family vacation. We slept well on very comfortable beds in the quiet neighborhood.

We stayed in Barcelona from September 3 to 10. The property was situated in a safe neighborhood with quick access to the subway. Dolores was very accessible to us. If we had one suggestion, it would be to better stock the kitchen. All in all, great stay.

The property had plenty of space for 10 of us but could use a little updating. Most things worked well but we ran into a few glitches. It was also stocked fairly well but could’ve used a few extra towels for the bathrooms and kitchen. Great location very close to a metro station.

Lovely place near park güell - very clean and well stocked. It’s a bit of a trek into town, but the metro is fast and we quickly figured out the lines. Nice to have a large house for all of our family members! Thank you Dolors!

Perfect for our large family vacation
The property was exactly as described in the listing. Dolors was very responsive to any questions I had leading up to the stay. The location and property was also ideal for our large group (8 adults and 5 children 1yr-9yr). There were multiple groceries stores close by, which we went to daily :), as well as easy access to the metro and bus. Highly recommend for large groups!

Dolors home is a great place for a family to stay in Barcelona--it is in a quiet neighborhood with groceries, restaurants, and bakeries near by. A very short walk to the bus or a about 10 minutes to the metro gets you right to the center of the city.. Dolors is helpful with information on the area and her house!

Very spacious
We very much enjoyed our stay in Barcelona at Dolor’s property. We were a party of 9 and there was more than enough space for us all. The property is very large and over 3 floors. The top 2 for bedrooms/ bathrooms and downstairs for the large kitchen, dining area, living room, garden and an extra bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped for everything we needed and there was plenty of chairs for us all to sit together to eat round the table. The garden was lovely to have and a safe place for the children – quite a suntrap! There was a lot of bathrooms which is nice when there are quite a few people sharing a property. The house was nice and clean, towels and bedding all provided. The beds were very comfortable. There is central heating/ air conditioning at the property, depending what time of year you go. There is also a washing machine and dishwasher at the property so we took tablets for those to use in our cases. Dolors also provided us with a travel cot with bedding in. There is a small convenience store just at the side of the property which was ideal to nip to for essentials (bread/ wine/ ice cream 😀). There was a bigger supermarket over the bridge and up the hill to the right, approx. 5/10 mins walk – we got everything we needed from there for the week. There is a very nice bakery at the side of the supermarket. Again walking up towards the bridge you can get buses into the centre very easily – they are regular and take about 20 mins – it was our preferred method of transport with a pram. The underground metro was again only a 5/10 mins walk away and this was much quicker to get into the centre – about 8 mins. We used this when going to Las Ramblas. The property is located about 5 mins walk from the back entrance of Parc Guell – we used this entrance and saw parts of the parc we would have otherwise never discovered. You can walk down through the park to get to the front entrance – about 10 mins walk (or 20 with children!). There is also a small children’s park located just a few minutes’ walk from the house which our children very much enjoyed. While we were there Dolors was really helpful with any questions ie where to go in the evenings nearby. Dolors responded incredibly quickly every time. After returning home I realised I had left something at the property and Dolors has arranged to send this home to me which is very kind. The helpfulness and quick responses from Dolors are superior to other properties I have rented 😀
