Hotel was well appointed. Our room was lovely with a very comfortable bed and a huge TV. Breakfast provided was very good with good selection. We did have to call for maintenance to fix the shower drain after small flood in bathroom. This was quickly corrected. Only 1 very small elevator available for use and this was not in service for part of our stay, but a service elevator was used to help travellers with luggage up to their rooms. Except for these hiccups, excellent stay and staff very friendly and helpful

Hotel is full of trash. Offered no room service. Some of the staff was nice and some extremely rude as they didn’t want to be there. No drinks or food in the room, no stocked bar or snacks. Nothing. I had to get an ear full For asking for ice. No room service. Location is okay it’s off the rambles which Is nice if you’re a teenager looking to party and do drugs but if you’re a family. This is not a place for you. I
