Our room was clean, staff were helpful and although we only paid for breakfast on day one, it was very nice. We originally booked as breakfast was included but upon arrival were told it wasn’t and it was €19 per person additional charge. The spa facilities were nice, yet basic and the roof top pool was small, compared with the size of the hotel. The hotel is situation in the grounds of a lovely shopping centre which was a bonus with places to eat and drink all around. Short taxi journey €13 into Barcelona La Ramblas which is convenient.

Pros: Breakfast was good, room was quiet, staff were very welcoming and helpful. Also close to a mall and shops. Some restaurants available too. Cons: Pricing was high for a room (cruise recommendation), shower floor is very slippery, far from Barcelona city (need a taxi) highlights.

The area is very quiet, next to a mall. The 2 man at the front desk were not that friendly, we asked for a taxi and they never helped, They were like, take the one at the street. Cleaning could be better. Pedro at service was very kind and always attentive. That’s the best thing the hotel has.

This is a very good hotel. Breakfast was very good, enough options and good quality. Room was very nice and spacious. The shower was not the best feature. Our room only had a tub with a handheld shower head, while the other room did had a tub and a regular shower, which for me is better. Location is not the best but you can always use metro and buses to move closer to the city center and main attractions. It is, though, close to the Camp Nou if you are a Barca fan.
