Convenient and safe

Communication with Myriam via WhatsApp was smooth. The apartment is nice and spacious for our 3 families (11 people). The location is convenient — bus stops, metro stations and supermarkets all nearby. Though it is located downtown, there is a security guard at night at the entrance. This made us feel very safe. Above all, the deposit was returned on the same day after checking out — very efficient. We are all very happy with our stay here. Highly recommend this place for big groups.

É muito bem localizado com restaurantes, mercados e farmacia proximos. Ao lado da estacao de metro e com ponto de onibus na porta. Limpo 3 bem equipado.

Posizione dell’appartamento ottima , vicina a supermercati e alla maggior parte delle attrazioni . L’appartamento si mostra molto grande e sopratutto la zona giorno risulta comoda per 14 persone. Le stanze in realtà non consentivano la privacy sufficiente a tre famiglie ma ci siamo adattati. L’appartamento è stato przialmente ristrutturato ma la pulizia e i bagni (sopratutto quello piccolino in camera ) lasciava molto a desiderare …letti e materassi molto datati , tende impolverate e sporche, divano con macchie . Ci sono stati dei problemi che il personale ha prontamente risolto , non era possibile , dicono per questioni di sicurezza utilizzare il grande terrazzo neppure per fumare una sigaretta. La disposizione delle stanze non garantiva la privacy necessaria. L’ultimo gg ci hanno fatto perdere un ora di tempo per fare il check out per poi dirci che non era necessario aspettarli ma avendo versato una cauzione di 600 euro volevamo essere sicuri che fosse tutto ok. Cucina ben attrezzata e funzionalmente . Anche l’ingresso all’appartamento lascia un po’ a desiderare perché è anche il deposito della biancheria sporca / pulita, come fosse un locale di servizio.

Asunnon sijainti hyvä, isoon Mercadonaan matkaa vain 20 m, Diaan 100m ja Lidliin 300 m. Iso asunto, meitä majoittui 4 aikuista ja 5 nuorta. Hyvin riitti tilaa kaikille. 3 kylpyhuonetta oli hyvä. Isona miinuksena huoneiston lattioiden siisteys. Lattiat olivat todella likaiset. Muuten yleisilme oli siisti. Toki kylpyhuoneet olivat jo aikansa eläneet ja hieman karut. Säilytyskalusteet puuttuivat kylpyhuoneista kokonaan. Hylly/kori suihkussa olisi ollut tarpeellinen.

Pessima esperienza. Pur essendo un gruppo di ragazzi che si adatta molto facilmente, abbiamo avuto grossi problemi a causa delle condizioni igieniche penose dell'appartamento: divano macchiato (si può ben intuire da cosa...), cattivo odore, letti rotti, pavimenti (e non solo) sporchissimi. Le condizioni non corrispondono assolutamente a quelle che si possono vedere nelle foto. Le foto del letto, del pavimento e del divano, sono state inviate ad Expedia.

1. Top Lage 2. sehr angenehme Betten 3. stark renovierungsbedürftig 4. Beim ersten Duschen lief das Wasser nicht gut ab. Überschwemmung bis in den Flur hinein. Wurde reklamiert, jedoch nicht behoben. Begründet wurde es mit der großen Belegung. Allerdings geschah die Überschwemmung bereits beim ersten Duschgang.
