I am writing to formally express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations due to a series of issues that significantly affected my comfort and overall stay. 1. Noise Issue: Upon arrival, I was given a room on the first floor directly above the bar. The noise level was extremely high, making it nearly impossible to rest. 2. Inadequate Room Change: After raising concerns, I was moved to another room. However, the new room was much smaller, with a very small window, which felt like a downgrade rather than a solution. 3. Electricity Failure: To make matters worse, when I returned to the room the following day, there was no electricity. This caused further inconvenience and discomfort. I had hoped for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, but these repeated issues made that impossible. I would appreciate it if you could address these concerns and provide some form of compensation or resolution for the inconvenience I experienced. Thank you for your attention to this matter. This hotel was a great location! Lots of places to walk to. Hotel was cute. Beds and bathroom were very small. One thing that was a little frustrating was the elevator was very small and floor 3 the floor we stayed on..was broken so we had to take the elevator to the 4th floor and walk down the stairs to the 3rd floor. Not super convenient when traveling with heavy luggage.
