We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Limonaia in Barcelona in early April. The hotel and our room were clean with great service during our stay. This is a convenient location close to Las Ramblas and easy walk to La Sagrada Familia. Our family of 4 (2 teenagers) were comfortable in our room and sleeping arrangements.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations due to a series of issues that significantly affected my comfort and overall stay. 1. Noise Issue: Upon arrival, I was given a room on the first floor directly above the bar. The noise level was extremely high, making it nearly impossible to rest. 2. Inadequate Room Change: After raising concerns, I was moved to another room. However, the new room was much smaller, with a very small window, which felt like a downgrade rather than a solution. 3. Electricity Failure: To make matters worse, when I returned to the room the following day, there was no electricity. This caused further inconvenience and discomfort. I had hoped for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, but these repeated issues made that impossible. I would appreciate it if you could address these concerns and provide some form of compensation or resolution for the inconvenience I experienced. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
