The condition of the towels in the rooms are disgustingly awful. In all of my years of traveling I have never seen anything worse. They had holes in them and torn. I feel that for them not to know this, is embarrassing to management and for the room attendant to think that is ok to leave those for the guests to use shows lack of respect

Our room was in the older part of the motel and the a/c didn’t work. We ended changing rooms thankfully, but ended up in the handicap accessible room which was a little weird but better than no a/c. The room was decent but the shower water constantly varied in temperature with use. Not the worst, not the best experience. Very convenient and accessible to the city.

Hotel was clean and very accessible, doesn’t include breakfast but by a good rate you can get a buffet to eat and food is great. The location of the hotel is very close to the main are of The Rambla area, public transportation very accessible too. The front staff was very friendly and very helpful with any question.

A good hotel, nothing too fantastic. Clean and comfortable. Close to bus and metro. Within walking distance of some excellent local restaurants. Only stayed the one night. Front desk staff were helpful. Arrived early from cruise ship. Room was not ready until late afternoon. Was surprised to have to pay for suitcase storage (2 Euros).
