The staff went above and beyond throughout my stay — incredibly caring, informative, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was extremely comfortable, the bed was spectacular, and the shower pressure was honestly one of the best I’ve experienced. The location was also very centralized and convenient. They kindly attempted to accommodate an early check-in and were happy to hold my bags for a few hours on departure day, which made everything much easier. The hotel restaurants were excellent as well. I especially appreciated how accommodating they were with my early breakfast needs and providing a quiet space where I could comfortably work on my laptop. I would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect location, within walking distance to most sights. Friendly staff, clean those where the positives. On the down side the room was on the small side, and the bath, shower had some loose tiles and fixings not what I would expect from a 5 star accomodation.
