I truly don’t like leaving bad reviews on anyone. However I have to say the pictures this hotel shows are photoshopped because nothing looks as good as the pictures. Pool looks larger as does the hot tuband both are small and dingy. The King suite we had was dingy as well. Bathroom sink didn’t empty and when I tried to plunge it black stuff came up. We had a KING suite and it was a Queen bed. Lack of towels and the worse part every night we stayed we called down to the front desk and no one ever answered. Tv didn’t work well, bed was smaller. The pull out had no pillows or blankets and the last night was the worse . We came back late room seemed very hot. Looked at thermostat and it showed 77 so we tried to lower it and it didn’t work either. I finally got it to set on cool and guess what that didn’t work. We were so exhausted and traveling with small kids. So after trying to call down again and no answer we decided to try and sleep. All night everyone tossed and turned and finally gave up at 5 am
My husband went down after trying to call again,our room was now at 87 degrees. We packed up and left after the rude front desk person basically told my husband he or she wouldn’t help us.
Honestly I’d like all my money back…. And oh then only day we went down to breakfast that was discussing again nothing like all the pics. Half the items were stocked we had people talking very nasty and vulgar as we tried to feed our children. “Refund”
