Affordable stay, clean rooms and facilities. The lovely desk clerk, beautifully brown sister in leopard (as I failed to inquire her name), she assisted my husband and I with our last minute check-in following our annual Legal Shield Convention. During our 1-night stay with Springhill Suites on April 27th, we were very pleased with our rooms cleanliness and comfort. I hope that the young lady recieves great recognition for being patient as so many guests were checking in and out during that time(3:45p-4:15p). Thank you so much for a comfortable stay during the last leg of our Baltimore trip.

The staff was great the rooms are clean as far as bugs or anything we did find an unused diaper behind the dresser and we found some one credit card in our room as well. a lot of the lights were out around the hotel and in our room. the shower head was very sad i have taken combat showers with a bottle water that was better the carpet was very old and there was loose tiles in the bathroom. very little tv section while in the hotel room for any downtime and the pool water there was very cold. the breakfast was ehh to be best. very watered down instant eggs and some sausage patties had no flavor very cramped area to get the food everyone was bumping into everyone. at the end of the day if you are looking for a place to crash that is safe and clean this is it there is some great places to eat within walking distance of the hotel.

The stay was very good. We stayed for 6 nights. The breakfast was good & everything was stocked. We enjoyed the space in the room. It did get loud sometimes with other kids running and hollering but nothing that hindered our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very clean, it isn’t often you can smell the cleanliness of a hotel like you could here.

The sofa at the lobby need a brand new one so with the carpet. It was dirty. Out of 7 nights stay i had 3 nights i was awaken by noise upstairs. Then early Sunday morning an irrate woman kept using foul language with a BIG voice shouting wanting her phone back from her boyfriend.The room was clean but the clear shower curtain bottom was filthy. The manager should update and place a new one! The pillow not the pillow cases smelled like someones head had sweat so badly. Those pillows need to be replaced. The room carpet has visible stains. I need a refund. What would the Business Bureau would say about this place?
