Clean room, friendly staff throughout, great breakfast and staff running it and maintainint area, clean pool area and workout room that we really enjoyed. Bed was VERY comfortable! Overall had a very great experience!

We were disappointed by the reception staff, who made us pay twice after we booked through Hotels on one card. We wanted to pay with just one credit card for both my law and myself. However, not sure if they thought we could not pay, (questionable) they made my mother-in-law pay on her card. Which I could not understand. My husband wanted to make sure that all charges went to us. They claim they fixed it but still charge my mother in laws credit card. Very disappointed in the lack of clarity of the staff.

I didn't get the room that made reservations for, ADA Wheelchair accessible. The hotel staff was not accommodating to my sister's needs. We stayed there last year and everything was great. I was also told that I could get a refund/credit.. So between hotels.com and Homewood Suites. They eventually refused to accommodate again. My family will not start there again. Nor will I recommend them either.
