You must have a car to get around. Other then that, everything else was great. Staff was very friendly, checked in with us every other day to see how everything was. Breakfast staff were very friendly as well

I stayed for 5 days and always put in the notes to have a room that is quiet, as I’m a light sleeper. First night the hotel was full and I was moved from 4th floor to 1st right next to the entry door in the back of the hotel. Not too good for a light sleeper so I was up most of the night. I told the general manager and I was offered another room on a higher floor. No complimentary up grade or discount, although I was clear on my needs from the beginning. This experience was a horrible start to my trip but everything else in the hotel was great, from staff, hospitality to cleanliness of room. I did take off a star duet my initial experience. I did not walk away feeling valued and I travel a lot.

Staff wonderful, breakfast very good, staff great but what happened to bacon? Does anyone serve it anymore? The beer/wine machine interesting but cheap wine gave me a headache. Also room spacious, well laid out, shower wonderful!
