It was my wedding anniversary and we got there pretty late but all was smooth and thank you to the front desk night shift for making it easy and the room was great. Nice n cold clean roomy love this place. Location friendly staff. I will definitely return.

The room was spotless with the exception of a missing light bulb in the refrigerator. I brought it to the attention of the cleaning lady who directed me to contact maintenance. I continued to forget anytime I was near the room during daylight hours. Work kept us busy sun up to sun down. The hotel & staff made resting hassle free. The location is well lit, safe for vehicles & all room features are updated/ functioning as expected.

I was originally suppose to stay form Friday to the following Saturday. I had intended extending my stay (for work purposes) long term, paying per week. On Thursday of that week, I requested to extend my stay. I was quoted almost double what my original rate was. The front desk clerk told me that didn't look right to her and to come back tomorrow. So Friday morning, I went back and same thing happened. Friday night after being at work for 15 hours, same thing... I was told to come back in the morning. I explained that I had to work 15 hours that day so I really need it taken care of first thing in the morning. Friday night around 11:45 pm, my hotel phone started ringing and woke me up. The lady from the front desk was very rude and demanded that I leave the room immediately or pay almost double what I paid at check out. She then made me come down to the front desk to prove to her that my reservation was until Saturday at noon. She stated that she had no record of me paying so then I had to prove to her the payment cleared my bank. After all that she then still tried to charge me almost $100 to go back to my room for the night. She said in their system I was suppose to check out on Friday.

The staff were courteous to me but commiserate to their policies. For instance, the limitation on changing bills for coins for the laundry room. And the policies for room conditions or features, like the coffee pot.
