Given that a hotel room is essentially a bed and a bathroom, I judge a hotel on those things. Bed was not comfortable, pillows were lumpy and limp. Worst of all, the shower has poor pressure and nowhere to put my soap and shampoo. Overly soft water leaves slimy feeling on skin. Room had burnt out light bulbs.
