I can’t say enough great things about our stay! The concierge reached out to me, knowing that a balcony was important for a fun view. She upgraded us to a corner suite fully decorated for Christmas at no extra charge. It was wonderful! Housekeeping, valet, front desk, bar, and room service were all prompt and very kind! I’m so glad we stayed there. Great location as well! We’ll be back!
