We have been staying at this location for 4 years now and it’s gotten worse every time. This time it was terrible we checked in and our keys didn’t work went down stairs 3 other people had the same issue. Got new keys only 1 worked. On our last night our neighbors had the same issue with their keys. Side and back door wouldn’t unlock the doors my husband just pulled on both they opened so not secure then twice while we were there the elevator wasn’t working had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs multiple times with all our luggage was ridiculous. We only stay due to the affordable rate but won’t be back

The room had a smell when I walked in and during my stay. They didn’t offer any water nor toothpaste/brush at the front desk. There was 2 separate instances where the key would not work(had to go to the front desk, fast and easy fix). AC was not cooling properly, although filter looked clean.

I had had a horrible experience when I got off the plane. The place was clean and the staff was actually very friendly as I was in a drama mode, and they did nothing but help me and take good care of me. And I really appreciate that staff. Inningler should be that that way.It's so take heed people! Good place to land

Everytime I book a room through Expedia I get the room that looks like it is ready for remodel. At night when I went to take a leak there was a "trophy" sized cockroach in the bathroom. I squished him and then I flushed him. He was really big about 2 inches long.
