Close proximity to 6th street ~ two block walk! Parking is either valet or pay per hour in limited spots outside hotel we opted for this saved us $$ ~ Staff were welcoming and assistive. Breakfast great, Room ideal for our needs ~ kitchen and seating area. There are two homeless shelters nearby but no trouble. Austin nice for a getaway if you love ~ live bands, good food ~ Gus’s chicken & BBQ a must try! ~ liked pool tables in bars ~ lots of competition was fun! San Antonio.a short drive also. Overall enjoyed our stay!

All the staff members were so friendly and helpful! Rooms were nice and clean plus they have a pool table by the bar which was fun! Only issue was the amount of homeless people within 2-3 blocks of the hotel. We felt safe walking around but everything else was good at the hotel.

I liked the separate sleeping area and "living" area. It was almost like home. I also liked that there was no carpet on the floors.

We loved this hotel with the only exception being that the sofa sleepers were very uncomfortable for my kids. Overall, I would stay here again for our next trip!

This place is absolutely fantastic for staying downtown. It has great amenities, super walkable, and fabulous service from the employees. Only downside is crazy expensive parking, but that's all of downtown Austin, so I guess it is what it is.

I had a terrible experience. I was hoping it didn’t turn into any kind of racial issue. Not only did I check-in early, but didn’t get into my room until after 4:30pm. It was very stressful. I just wanted to get to my room & take a nap honestly, but waiting for my room to be cleaned took forever & then I had to prove on my statement that the $50 holding fee was charged. That was crazy. The manager did give me free parking, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. I am dissatisfied.

The bathroom had some spots, like it wasn't completely cleaned or a part of the cleaning was missed. Other than that, it was great stay.
