Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): 1 queen bed, 55” TV.

Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): 2 queen beds and large bay windows, 55” TV.

Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): Master bedroom with 1 king bed, en suite bathroom with a double vanity, a large closet, and a travel crib for little ones, 55” TV.

Bedroom 4 (Downstairs): Accessible to the pool, queen sofa bed, Pac-Man table, 65” TV.

Bedroom 5 (Downstairs): 1 queen bed, 55” TV.

Bedroom 6 (Downstairs): 1 queen bed, private patio, 55” TV.


- Pool heating is available for an extra $125/day. (Hot tub heating is not an extra charge.)

- Guests may park only in the driveway or garage, with a maximum of 5 vehicles allowed. No boats or trailers are permitted at the house. The primary renter is responsible for any fines issued by the City of Lago Vista if anyone in their group or their visitors parks on the street. Off-site parking for vehicles, boats, or trailers may be available for $85 per stay; please contact the Property Manager to arrange this if needed.

- Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. If the police issue any noise violation fines associated with the property during your stay, the primary renter is responsible for them.

- The house has 4 outside cameras on at all times for security & liability purposes. These are NOT regularly monitored unless attention is required. Locations include: (1) above the garage aimed at the driveway and street, (2) under the bridge aimed at the garage, (3) front doorbell and (4) lower backyard deck aimed at the pool and hot tub area. There are no cameras inside the house.

- The house also has 2 decibel-monitoring devices on-site to ensure quiet hours are adhered to: 1 in the living and 1 on the deck.

- Guests are responsible for the safety and security of all persons on the property during their stay.

- All exterior doors and windows should remain closed and locked as much as possible.

- The pool and hot tub are not gated, and there are stairs throughout the home, both inside and out.
