Convenient location, close to amenities. Room smelled of cigarettes, solutions was to spray a fragrance. Then the room smelled like strawberry cigarettes. Requested through website, room to be cleaned every other day. Missed the first clean but then did clean once we asked.

Staff was great, very friendly and helpful, especially Ricardo and Jessie. I was unable to sleep on the first night because of the noise generated by the hotel’s own facilities. Ricardo was very helpful; he was able to move us to a different room. Unfortunately, he was only able to get us a smaller than booked room but without that annoying noise of the first room. The complimentary EV charging was great. Parking is safe. Rooms were clean but the mattress had a large dark stain on the side, which was not covered by the fitting sheets; that stain erased the overall first good impression about the room/hotel. Also negative: windows cannot be open at all; no fresh air can enter the room. Privacy and noise are also negative: you can clearly hear what happens outside the rooms and in the neighboring rooms. There are gaps between door and frame allowing light from outside to get into the room.

This was the worst experience I had with any of the Marriott properties. I am Gold elite member with Marriott, been using their propertied for more than 10 years now. So basically, the room was having cleanliness issues, most importantly the comforter were having mold that was visible, there were stains on the bed sheet and pillows. I reported these issues with the property manager, also shared the pictures of these issues. After the discussion, manage spoke with his general manager and I was apologized for this inconvenience, I was offered Marriott points to cover one night stay at similar hotel as a courtesy. I left the hotel with the thought that the hotel was courteous, admitted their mistake and will compensate for it. But I haven’t yet received any points in my account for the same. I did send multiple follow ups with the property manager but there is no response.

We stayed here with our family and had 3 rooms. We all had to change rooms due to one room the AC didn’t work and the other 2 had cockroaches. Several of the machines in the fitness center were non operable. We did not receive our incidental deposit back and it was impossible to speak to a real person after calling 3 different phone. numbers. Very frustrating!!
