I really enjoyed this locale. I was torn between this one and downtown Element. I chose this one because it has a pool and the parking fee was much less. Im so glad I went with this location because it was still convenient to downtown and Zilker Park, about 20 minutes drive and I didn’t have to pay the outrageous $65 per night parking fee.
They also accommodated my request for extra towels ahead of arrival.
The only few things, which were minor and not really too much of an issue was that there was not an extra set of blankets and sheets for the pull out sofa bed.
In my experience these are usually kept in the closet at top in a plastic zipper bag, but it wasn't an issue to get them from the front. Just had to go all the way down and get them after a long trip in and they were also a little heavy for me since I've had a neck and back injury.
The other minor issue was that upon arrival, I waited like 15 minutes for someone to come help me and check in. There was a gentleman working the bar and cleaning up since it was past 10pm who never addressed me even though I was standing there for some time. I had to ask him if anyone was working the font desk before he did anything about it. Yet, he was able to have a full chat with a passerby about her dress. So that was a little annoying and I as really tired and my family was waiting in the car.
Otherwise, It was a really nice stay. The pool is salt water so that was nice and the breakfast & workout room 👍👍
