Escape to our spacious 5-bedroom, 4-bath townhome in the charming Village of Point Venture on Lake Travis, just 20 miles northwest of Austin in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. Perfect for families and groups, this retreat offers a seamless blend of comfort, views, and adventure. A private boat dock is available when the lake level reaches 670 feet. (see Note*)

Inside, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, two dining areas on the main level, and inviting living spaces designed for gathering. Step out onto the main deck to grill on the Weber gas grill and enjoy meals with relaxing lake views. The home includes Wi-Fi, five smart TVs with YouTube TV, two DVD players, and a Nintendo game console for all-ages entertainment.

Downstairs, challenge friends to ping pong in the game room or relax in the additional living area. Traveling with little ones is easy with provided baby gates, a travel crib, and a booster seat for a safe and comfortable stay.

Guest enjoy access to Point Venture's numerous amenities, including a 9-hole golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, swimming pool, gym, and library. Ideal location for a stay on Lake Travis.The hosts were welcoming and proactive, they even gave me a call when I booked to ensure I had all the information about what the place offered, water levels, and things to do around the area.The overall home was very clean, unfortunately since it was spring, there was tons of pollen on the outdoor uncovered areas - not their fault at all though.They provided enough toiletries for our entire group, and we loved that they had so much to do in the home. Ping Pong, outdoor dining, gas grill, coffee maker, comfortable seating, a collection of DVDs for us to watch, a stereo system.AC worked well and they provided extra fans. Beds were comfortable and they had TVs in most rooms.We came here with my wife and 6 other friends for my annual birthday and really enjoyed that the boat rental company and restaurant were steps away from our rental. The weather was perfect for a boat ride and swim.We will definitely come back and recommend this place to others!

The house was located in a nice area that was close to where my other family members were staying. It is a bit older - lots of wood and mirror walls throughout the home- but was clean. Everything worked as expected and the owners were terrific to work with us. They even put up lovely holiday decorations. We noticed an odd smell in one of the bedrooms that might have been related to an animal of some sort.

We had a family gathering for Thanksgiving. There were several different age groups and the space worked very well. The pictures made the living area look larger than it actually was but it did accommodate all of us. There were a lot of dishes and accessories that were really appreciated. Best hosts in Point Venture

Our youngest child turned 18 and to celebrate him and his next chapter in life, we wanted to go to a familiar favorite- Lago Vista area on Lake Travis. We were thrilled to have stumbled on this place; Ricki and Mary are excellent communicators and enhanced our experience with the tips and responsiveness! The home was clean, comfortable, and lots of room to spread out. We loved the 70’s vibe! The location was perfect in the community- just a few steps from the pool and near the marina. The lake was too low to enjoy their dock, but I can imagine that when it’s high enough, it’s a short and easy path to water. Check in was so easy, the surrounding neighbors were kind, and the balconies and views were serene at night. Great spot - will be back!

Great Point Venture Townhome

Fantasy Football Draft Weekend

Our families came from several cities in Texas to visit and get the kids and grandkids together. We also had our 8th Annual Fantasy Football Draft too. The home accommodated all of us. The pingpong table was a big hit with the kids. The AC kept up with the Texas heat and we enjoyed both the front and back porches. The deer sightings were a real treat too. Beautiful spacious home

This is our second time back to this home and we fall in love with it more every time. It is big and spacious for our large family. The neighborhood has amazing views and is really quiet and private. The hosts are great at communicating with you. They are very helpful and their response time is great.
