Located directly across from 8 Wired Brewery and just steps from the Matakana Farmers’ Market, boutique shops, cinemas, cafés, and restaurants, everything is right at your doorstep. Omaha Beach is also just a short drive away.

Filled with natural light, the villa offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere with a seamless blend of comfort and convenience. Downstairs features a fully equipped kitchen with Bosch appliances, a powder room with laundry, and a relaxed living area that opens to a small fenced patio — perfect for enjoying your morning coffee in the sun. An air conditioning/heat pump keeps the downstairs comfortable year-round.

Upstairs, the spacious bedroom is bright and peaceful, with its own air conditioning/heat pump — a rare feature in the complex — as well as a beautifully appointed bathroom with a large walk-in shower and underfloor heating.

The unit is exactly as described and photographed. Natasha is very responsive to any communication. The unit has lots of those little extras you occasionally need while on holiday. Ideally located across the road from No8 Wired Brewery and a 5 minute walk into the Matakana Village and Farmers Market.
