A REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT:
An extra deposit of $300 will be charged if any damage or loss occurs to the accommodation, its contents, or caused by a member of his/her party. If additional cleaning be required, this will be deducted from the Security Bond to reflect the costs involved.
