The property was well maintained the hotel was good by looks but I think I had bedbugs in my room which made me leave early on my last day. They were told but no reward for my last night sleep being lousy!! Still waiting on my deposit I have written to the hotel asking why taking so long no response back not happy with them

I was shocked when I entered my room and smelled musty. I think must have cleaned the carpet, it was damp and the whole room was like sleeping in a damp shower. I ask about breakfast when I booked the place and was told 6am it opens. Only to find out it was 7am on the weekend and I had to leave each morning by 6:20. Very disappointed.

First, the air conditioner only worked ok and it was very hot and humid outside! The king size bed was hard. But worst of all, we got back to our room after a long day out and they had not cleaned our room. We called the front desk four times before they answered and asked why our room had not been cleaned? We said could you at least take our dirty towels and bring us clean ones? They said we have to come down to the desk and get our own towels! When we did go down to get the towels there was no one there and we had to wait.
