The Griffin House is a lovely almost oceanfront house with 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, and 2 half baths. This house's location in Pine Knoll Shores gives you access to all the Crystal Coast has to offer! Including Emerald Isle and historic Beaufort. This house offers great ocean views from every south facing room on the main floor, fantastic views from the wrap-around deck, and direct beach access from the street.

NOTE: Exterior Cargo Lift is NOT available for tenant use.

DOGS ALLOWED with our All-Inclusive Pet Program (Weekly and Nightly Rentals Only; Monthly Rentals Not Included); No pet fee for 2 Dogs Max. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Rents nightly with a 3-night minimum stay (last minute or off-season only).

Linens and Towels Provided with Beds Made (weekly stays only).

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.

This house has plenty of room with separate living quarters plus really easy beach access right across the street. It's on a quiet street, feels very private, and has a great view from the large deck. I love this part of the island - it's very green and secluded, but also super close to Atlantic Beach and Beaufort if you want to do some shopping or find a great spot to eat. The aquarium is right nearby, too! I will absolutely be back to the Griffin House again!

The house had everything we needed for our group and so close to the water! I loved the view from the upstairs living space, flooded with sunshine and ocean vibes even when you are inside. The deck is the perfect sunset spot to sit with a glass of wine and soak it all in. It's hard to believe this amazing space exists, a quiet little neighborhood nestled in the dunes with beautiful empty beaches. A far cry from the crowded beaches to the north and south. It was so easy for us to walk to the water with our little ones and all our beach gear. Will absolutely stay here again!
