The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The view of the ocean was amazing. We didn’t have our pets with us but the pets we did see were under control by their owners .

Assigned a room on first floor on top of the garbage containers, reason given was I booked through Expedia. Front desk did move me to the other side of building. Building is very old and doesn’t give a sense of cleanliness. Rates charged are higher than rooms in Italy during high season. Never again!

Balcony was very shallow - not wide enough to sit comfortably on. The threshhold of the glass sliding doors leading out to the balcony is an unmarked tripping hazard. The spacing of the bars out on the balcony is too wide. TV had few channels available without extra charge.

Carpet wasn't the cleanest, had a suite, very big pretty sure the biggest room on the property, found a roach, but easily could have crawled in from one of my two balconies, but its crazy pricey for snacks!!! 2 small bags of m&ms and 2 candy bars was a dub you pay a G for 2 nights, shouldn't be raped on candy. Also the tub drain was broken and won't drain or stay popped up. Luckily i was a plummer. Honestly, i fell the whole property is waaaaayyyyy over priced. Im fortunately financially blessed so im not nit picking. But kinda felt ghetto. Bty. Rooms aren't that nice. Thanks for the 2 complimentary bottles of water. Lmao. Choose different next time.

Staff at this hotel is very friendly and accommodating. The servers at Molly’s are also very nice. Facility is a bit dated and the sliding door in our room was filthy on the outdoor side and the telephone in the room is not working. Easy access to the beach and prices are not completely insane ( pricey but less than other comparable hotels). Will definitely return.

I agree with many of the other reviews I see. Nice and close to the beach. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, but it's still over priced. Should provide beach chairs and umbrellas for these prices. Pool water is a bit cloudy and the pool could use a good cleaning. Do yourself a favor, skip Molly's-- terrible food and service. I heard a few guest complaining about "partial ocean view"..ha..not if you're on the 2nd, 3rd floor. Overall, the most expensive place on the beach and it's not the best.

Great location, just a short walk to the beach. Rooms are dated with small bathrooms, and hotel restaurants are pricey. Front desk staff were very friendly and attentive. Free beach towels and cookies at check-in were a nice touch. Elevators are slow, especially during checkout with luggage carts.

The access to the beach is excellent and the staff were wonderful. Unfortunately, however, the facility is not run at a level that warrants the cost: the elevator was missing a floor board at the door, making it hard to roll suitcases and stroller over it; they ran out of beach towels, bath towels, and beach umbrellas for rent; the sliding door to the balcony was missing the safety bar to prevent it being opened; the kitchen missed part of our breakfast order and the error was not confirmed until they asked it we were ready for the check. Any one of these concerns is minor, but the pattern they demonstrate reflects the underlying issue: they charge too much for the service they provide.

We had two accidents. Our 4 year old tripped on the 6 inch raised plate before you ext the sliding door to the balcony and hurt her knees. Our 3 year old fell off the bed and injured the back of her head. She went back to sleep bleeding and it was believed that she hit her head on a piece of metal sticking slight out from under bed.
