Direct Ocean Front Luxury Unit with Expansive Views

This unit is located between Atlantic Beach and Emerald Isle at one of the islands newest luxury properties in Indian Beach, Grande Villas.

Down the hallway from the elevator, allowing you easy access to the until, you will find a well appointed 2800 square foot luxury ocean front corner villa with four outdoor balconies sprawling an additional 780 square feet. The balconies provide unobstructed views of both the ocean and the sound.
Back inside the unit, the kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, loads of storage and all the extras you could hope for such as a toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, waffler maker, crock pot, etc.. Around the corner from the kitchen you will also find a large capacity front loading washer and dryer.
There are 4 bedrooms and 4 and a half bathrooms. Two of the four are grand master suites featuring king beds with high-end bathrooms and balconies. The remaining two bedrooms feature queen beds and also have en-suite bathrooms... All beds come made with luxury French linens and bathrooms have a starter set of towels for you and your guests.
There are multiple flat screen tvs in the space, wireless high speed Internet access, as well as a PlayStation 4 with Blu-ray player for the kiddos to enjoy in case of inclement weather. No smoking. No pets.

There is an oceanfront pool and pavilion with children’s pool, an oceanfront fire pita nd fitness center; featuring state-of-the-art equipment, locker room, sauna and showers. Guests of all ages will enjoy the Sports and Games Lounge with billiards, foosball, video game center, wireless Internet access and large flat screen TV. Inside you can relax in the Osprey Club Lounge with oceanfront terrace and fireplace. Complimentary beachside chairs, umbrellas are also available. There are charcoal grills on premises. Each oceanfront residence is superbly finished and decorated for comfort and style. Parking is limited to two spaces per residence. Elevators. Outdoor showers. No boats, trailers or jet skis allowed on premises.
The pool can be heated for you during your stay for an additional $50 per day. Requires 3 days notice.
No smoking, no parties, no pets and must be 28 to rent.

Great place to stay.

Family Beach Getaway

Lovely beach front condo

The condo itself was lovely and the beach was not overly crowded. Our only issue was with numerous other people staying in the same building that had their dogs off leash. My children are terrified of dogs (have been bit previously), and multiple times entering/exiting the elevator would come across large dogs that were unleashed. The actual VRBO was very nice and we had a wonderful stay.

Great Beach Condo

The condo is very nice, and the complex was not crowded at all. Renters should be aware this is a seventh floor condo which is concerning with small children. The railings are climbable, furniture is oversized and very close to the railings, and the drainage openings are large enough for a toddler to fit through. We had to completely stay off the balconies. One night we had to evacuate at 5:00 am for the fire alarm, and our toddler stepped on an open six-inch Bowie knife on the beach. Those are not the fault of the owner, but they affected our trip. The rental does not include beach towels as claimed, but the manager went and bought some for us which was helpful. Still a great condo!

Beautiful Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and clean condo. Spectacular views of the ocean and sound. The only suggestions would be some throw blankets and a couch that isn’t so slippery- it was hard to get comfy. Otherwise, perfect!

Family Beach Week

Nice layout with multiple balconies double the enjoyable living space. Private access to three of the four balconies provide family free escapes with a large common area for group togetherness as well. Nice community pool. Great quiet family oriented beach. Garage parking. The elevator ride for beach access was less of a burden than expected. We are used to a oceanfront house but this was a very nice alternative. Immediately accessible owner or manager. Will stay again.

Beautiful unit

Probably one of the nicest condos on the beachfront. Unit is beautiful with decks on that face beach and also let’s you see the sunset. Property manager was easy reach and solved the issues we did have very quickly. Hard not to enjoy a stay here.

Perfect Beachside Resort

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grand Villas Resort - our unit on the 7th floor had wonderful balcony views…even got to see pelicans up close fly by and we could see dolphins in the sea and the long stretches of beach. Kitchen/living area was perfect and all en-suite bedrooms were spacious and beautifully appointed. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making your condo available.
