Recently remodeled unit #127. First floor unit facing the pool. Directly across from the public beach access, and with a protected crosswalk light, this memorable condo is the perfect home base for your trip to Atlantic Beach. Easy beach access makes for quick trips to and from for lunches or other supplies. If you get tired of the beach, Bogue Shore has the best pool on the island, totally redone in Spring of 2025. Located 3 minutes from the closest grocery store. Designed, laid out and stocked for our personal family use, so you will find this condo very enjoyable. Unit is best suited for a maximum of 2 adults with a queen size bed and full-size pull-out Serta sleeper sofa for up to 2 children.
- Full kitchenette (stove, oven, fridge, microwave, farmhouse sink).
- Large adult pool and gated kiddie pool.
- Sound side pier, gazebo, lawn, picnic tables and grilling area.
- Linens, towels, toilet paper and paper towels included.
- Full bathroom with tub/shower.
- No pets allowed.
-We charge a cleaning fee, but dishes must be cleaned and trash taken out to on-premise dumpster

Terrific spot to relax and unwind. Well kept property with great amenities and excellent stress free beach access. Can’t wait to book my next trip! Host was incredibly professional and prompt in answering any questions we had.

The hosts, Marcus and Laura were awesome! They were responsive, and helpful with restaurant suggestions. The condo was clean, nicely decorated with full kitchen amenities! The bed was very comfortable, and we enjoyed the smart tv features. Very convenient to really nice restaurants (we ate at Catch 109) then came back and walked across the street to the ocean via the beach access! The next morning we stopped for brunch at Cox’s Family Restaurant (family owned and highly recommend). We will definitely stay here again!
