Quiet Farmhouse

Excellent house that is secluded on a nice quiet piece of property. Owner was very accommodating throughout the stay and answered any questions that I had. This is most definitely a place I would look to stay again on another trip back to GA.

Perfect Cottage for family time!

We rented this precious little house for three weeks while our home 7 miles away was being renovated. My husband and I stayed with our 5 kids and two dogs and enjoyed it tremendously. It was close to everything for us, but felt like a million miles away due to the beautiful farm scenery and quiet setting. I had no idea this hidden gem was back there and was so happy to have found it. Mariam was the manager and was fantastic to work with. Highly recommend!

Suwannee sanctuary

Private tucked away house very close to restaurants, bars, parks, hiking trails, oh... and shopping! What a wonderful place to spend a weekend or longer with family and friends. Dog friendly, we walked our dogs peacefully in the countryside seeing squirrels and horses. Then caught some great lunch before sightseeing and shopping. Definitely recommend staying in this house!

Listing not as expected

This is not a 3 bedroom property. This is a 2 bedroom property with a loft that is ONLY accessible by a ladder, not stairs. That is not listed anywhere in the description or pictures. There are 2 beds located in the loft, 1 in each of the 2 bedrooms, and the bunkbed is located in a small sitting area with no privacy. When we arrived, the whole house WREAKED of marijuana. I notified the host, and they just said "some guest dont follow rules". There were also flies, gnats, and moths all over the house. The water pressure was extremely low and only one person could shower before the hot water ran out. I received no welcome information or directions from the host and had to contact them to get in. The address does not show up on Google maps and is a little difficult to find. It was secluded with a lot of wild life which was nice. We also rented a second home from this property owner. One shower leaked through the ceiling into the kitchen, and when i notified them, they said it was hard to get a plumber out. So we had to place a trashcab to catch water all weekend. The second shower would only produce cold water as well.
