We had a family wedding get There were 11 of us booking 6 rooms. My daughter who lives in Atlanta was not happy with our choice thinking it was unsafe and probably not in the best condition. We all were a little apprehension but pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. The person in charge of the breakfast area was amazing. She was friendly. She kept dishes filled and kept the area spotless. We would highly recommend this hotel. The front desk was helpful and super friendly and accommodating except for one person on duty late Friday night. She was the only unpleasant person there .

Barking dog and highly disappointed

I had to call the front desk twice about a dog that kept barking continuously for over a hour. I have 3 recordings of the barking. I was woke up out of my sleep after 8 and I had to get up at 3am in order to make sure that I made it to work on time. Once I woke up I couldn’t fall back asleep. The front desk associate had to call the owner of the dog to come back to the room to quiet him down. I didn’t have a chance to eat breakfast either day that I was there. However I had breakfast on New Years and the eggs and waffles were the only thing that was worth eating. The potatoes and sausage was cold. I will like a comp room for the night I couldn’t it sleep.

I had a roach infestation in room 418. And phone didn't work. And qouted a highly overpriced stay for one night. $157.00 for a 2 bed standard room is unreasonable.
