First, the clerk gives me a key to an occupied room, then he gave me an empty room which was horrible. There were roaches, spiders and gnats in my room, as soon as you open the door there is an overwhelming scent of mold. There were cobwebs above the door, The floor was sinking in, the ceiling was water damaged, the bathroom fixtures were rusted and gross. The room was unbelievably terrible. I told the clerk and was given yet another room, which was in even worse condition, I ultimately left the property and slept at a gas station in my car.
We were never allowed too check in due to my wife not having her georgia id so me and her my 8 month old grandson 11 year old daughter went back too forest park got a room at howard johnson then the guy said at knight s inn didnt charge her card he did
The whole place is unclean. The staff was so rude. The house keeper are terrible one of them was on the phone the whole time while cleaning are room. Roaches was all over the place. Don't rent from here please.
I am a handicapped person and had a handicap roo. Along with the tag. I was backed into the space unloading and the mgt came driving by on a golf cart didn identify him self just reminded me that i would get a citation for parked with my nose sticking out.
So departure from the room again i was parked wong and was told to turn arond or i will be ticketed. I advised him to go right ahead and i will have every news outlet that would come and he would be on 6pm news. He then must be gone by 11 am check out. Never again will not be spoken to when i am Paying for sevice. I have stayed many times before. So dont book this peoperty.
Too be honest the only unique thing about this hotel is the fact it’s right next to a smoke shop, a 24hour gas station and ALOT of food restaurants. What I don’t like about this hotel is the staff is rude especially the person who works there at night he has a very rude attitude, makes you not want to stay there, I also had a issue to where housekeeping just freely opening the room door the next morning before check out. Check out is at 11a.m she knocked and instantly opened the door at 10:30a.m. I feel like more money should be invested in this hotel in general !! Like a new renovations, staff and alot of upgrades are needed in this hotel .

The area the property is in was so bad that there are signs in the lobby saying you will be ticketed by the police if you back into your parking space with your vehicle. They want the cars pulled in so the cops can run your license tag as they ride through hunting for criminals that might stay here.
Bad service, rude employees, will never stay there again. Booked online after midnight. Online it states’ bookings made after midnight availed for immediate check in’ but was not able to check in, had to call expaedia, the person I booked for didn’t have a phone, the hotel employee did nothing to help accommodate
