The staff was wonderful, the room was very nice and clean, but the reason for the three stars was the area The hotel was in and the intersection to try to get out of the hotel. But I have nothing bad to say at all about the actual hotel it was just the area and location.

Never staying here again. This place has bugs that they fail to take care off the issue. It is really sickening being that we came for a special event only to end up not sleeping at all even after changing rooms.

Room was nice, except the hinge of my door was broken and you jad to lift it to get the deadbolt to engage. I went to breakfast at 9 am and they were out of hot food. The staff person just said breakfast was over in 30 minutes, sorry and proceeded to toast a bagel for herself. Another person complained to the front desk and they made her make more of those rubber omeletes. Just dissappointing overall.
