The room was very nice, spacious, clean and overall great value for what I paid. Check in was smooth. One highlight was the restaurant just outside the hotel serving delicious, authentic Greek food. While the immediate area around the hotel feels a bit gritty, you are just a 5 minute walk from several nice spots and major attractions, which makes the location very convenient overall.

The hotel is conveniently located & walking distance to the metro. I walked around day and night sometimes down dark streets & never felt unsafe. If you don’t like graffiti or it makes you uncomfortable, don’t come to Greece. I was not aware there is a code for the hotel front door. I had to ring the bell to be allowed inside. Once at the reservation desk I was greeted by a friendly woman. Check in was easy & I was provided a code to the hotel and my room doors. I didn’t find out there was an elevator to the ground floor till day 4 so I carried my bags upstairs the 1st day & kept taking the elevator to floor 1 and walking down them. No one said anything to me as I walked pass registration everyday. The hotel is pretty quiet. The room & bathroom is a decent size. I wish there was more counter space for my toiletries. The towels were quite rough but replaced daily. The shower door was kind of annoying as placement made it difficult to not bump into the sink trying to get in and out. There was a sewer smell most mornings but none when I would return in the late afternoon/evening. The enjoyed the balcony that was only accessible from just outside my room door. The 1st floor has a lot of areas to relax & have a glass of wine inside and outside which was nice. The rooftop bar is very quiet & a beautiful skyline view of the city. It could use some jazzing up to encourage people to want to go up there. Overall the stay was an ok. It did its job. Thanks!

Its a good location, big room, nice and cool temperature. Staff seemed friendly. They changed my room even though i bought a specific one and just said this will be better for a single. Bit in the shower was broken. Otherwise good hotel

This is the best service from a Reception I have experienced in many years of travelling. Incredibly helpful and friendly. Excellent use of WhatsApp to communicate before and through the stay. Very short walk to multiple restaurants.

Beautiful area and easy to walk everywhere. The staff were very friendly but the hotel communicated is too much. We had to give them our what's app for our room code to key in, this gave them the ability to send multiple messages a day. Including three about chech out time with one coming in quite early of the morning of our departure which woke me up. The room was modern and clean, however I paid for the balcony which was useless. It was so small you could really only step on it... Don't understand the function at all. It was a waste of money for sure. The AC in the room was intense and blowing right on the bed. However, it could only be adjusted downstairs by the staff. No idea what was the point of that. It was a fine two night stay but I have stayed at better in the neighborhood for not much more.
