I have a problem with Expedia, not the Hotel. I cannot download the newest version of Expedia software to obtain my FULL itinerary as my iPad is an older version of IOS. Really helpful staff. They let us check in 8 hours earlier at 6AM which was a massive relief. The room was bit small but the reception told me it was because of the early check in the room which was planned for us was not ready.
