Very friendly staff. Arrived at 9am and reception went extra yard so we could access room immediately. The room was comfortable and light although bathroom dated. The room was very clean and the cleaner was very friendly and helpful. Exceptional value for money.

We had a one night stay after a cruise. Dropped our luggage at 9 AM and spent the day sightseeing around Piraeus. Staff at the hotel was helpful and friendly, it was a great restaurant on site and the breakfast in the morning is OK. Room was nice and clean. There is a rooftop pool and some sun beds. Pool is clean, but kept cool as it is very hot in Athens the summer months. Overall, I was happy with the brand of the hotel and would stay at their locations in the future.

We traveled over 20 hrs from the states to Athens to catch a cruise and stayed at this hotel. Overall it was good, the two biggest issues which my rating where, there was no not water in the shower, and for some reason they like to start construction at like 6am…so it was a bed with a toilet, that’s about it and it served its purpose but no frills beyond that…I would stay there again if they dropped the price a little bit…

Terrible hotel room. A room with separate beds was requested at least a month in advance, however, our flight to Athens was delayed 6 hours causing us to get to the hotel 7 hours later than expected and upon arrival a room with two beds was not available. The staff working at that time gave us a room and said that we could separate the king bed into two twins on our own and he would give us linen. This was not what we wanted to do after traveling all day and having a 7 hour delay that was unexpected. The toilet in our room was broken and. Leaking and freaked like urine. It was terrible and the air conditioning kept things very cold, too cold at times, and it blew the smell of the urine coming from the bathroom around the room. If air was turned off it hit too hot. TV did not really work and had limited channels. The area of the hotel was very run down and graffiti everywhere. The hotel is in a good location as it is close to the cruise terminal, but if not going on a cruise I would it stay there. Even if going on a cruise staying in Athens city or Plaka area is better.

This hotel is close to the subway and to the ferry. There was a taxi strike on the day we were going to take the ferry. The location is great for folks who plan to take the ferry or the subway. The subway was a great way to get to/from the airport. Breakfast was included so we wasted no time. We will stay here again on our next visit.

Mosquitoes in the room, the shower is ridiculous and impossible. The small to use the whole room needs to be updated. There was no corkscrew to use to open even the bottle of Coke. The front desk gentleman was not helpful. There was a taxi strike. I know other hotels helped their guests and offered transport. He was very ineffective. I would definitely not give it five stars more like to. I wouldn’t stay here again next time we’ll pick a better hotel with better service cleaner and more updated. I will say the lady in the morning was friendlier than the other front desk. People overall not impressed.

The staff at the hotel were SUPER helpful. They made the stay very worthwhile. The breakfast was also very good. What we didn't like were the thin walls, as we could easily hear the neighbors, and the unheated, freezing rooftop pool (we visited in early May).
