Great overall. Perfect location. Clean amd comfortable. Only complaint is we only got one set of keys and we needed an exterior key in addition to our room key. Also, our room only locked with the key on the inside.

Bed was hard as a rock. Shower room ceiling paint badly peeling. Dark mold in shower bottom. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate this propery a 4. We had booked for 4 nights but changed to another hotel as we got no sleep and the condition was misrepresented. CK would not refund for the 3 nights we did not stay there.

Super spacious and convenient. Check in and out were "interesting" as this seems more like an airbnb/vrbo with part time staff. Friendly, but for example check out at 11am, staff not there until 12noon. Their luggage storage was not systematic and I think not secure. There was a commercial luggage storage business right down street, but fairly pricey.

Location was amazing! So close to shops and fantastic food and the acropolis. So ideal for walking. AC worked great and rooms were huge and very clean. We needed to store luggage for a few hours before boarding our cruise ship and they worked it out even though their office wasn’t open yet. Thanks for making sure everything worked out so well!

Bugs in Apartment

We found 10 dying/dead cockroaches in our room during our stay and staff were pretty dismissive of the issue when it was brought up. They did not offer to clean them up. They just said that pest control had come a few days before. Otherwise, the apartment was nice and in a very convenient location.

Advertised as a hotel, but was not. No services available. No view, windows look into lower level working areas so shutters closed so you shower in privacy. No towel changing or garbage picked up. Very uncomfortable bed and the pull out couch was horrible. Great central location I will say so helped with the disappointing room

This hotel is very well located, the welcome from the receptionist was excellent & the room was of a high quality. The blinds need to be replaced because it prevented me from allowing natural light to enter.

The bathroom shower was full of mold. All the corners were disgustingly dirty. The coffee machine was very dirty. Inside never washed the couch. We couldn’t even sit on it. We had to put pillows from the bedroom so it could be comfortable. I would never recommend this place to anybody it was filthy. Disgusting.
