The hotel experience was profoundly unsatisfactory, leading me to assert my entitlement to a refund for the entire night’s stay. We had reserved a suite with a private pool, which was disappointingly cold. Despite our request for heating, the staff informed us that it was not feasible. This discrepancy between the advertised amenities and the actual experience is unacceptable.
While an alternative room with a hot tub was offered, its heater malfunctioned after repeated attempts. The room’s layout, featuring a steep and narrow staircase leading to the bedroom, appeared to be designed for additional staff. Furthermore, numerous fixtures and handles were broken within the room. The restaurant and dining area was similarly inadequate, resembling a dormitory cafeteria.
Considering the substantial financial investment, we felt deeply deceived and underpaid for the accommodations provided. The room’s condition and the misrepresentation of the amenities were unacceptable. We express our profound disappointment with the experience.
