The room we were in was just beautiful. Yes, very clean and spacious. The gal that checked us in could not have been nicer. The location was great. And breakfast the next morning was delicious!

It wasn't a horrible stay. The bathroom was clean. The view off our balcony (marina) was nice. Breakfast was good. But what is going on with the carpet? It looks like multiple people have met their demise inside those four walls. So many positives about the location and room, but that carpet was disturbing.

Comfortable room on water, Boat Marina and Astoria Bridge view. Off the beaten path. A bit weathered and run down exterior appearance. Free minimal to standard breakfast. Basic fitness room was also utilized and sufficient. Decent value. I would stay here again.

The Riverwalk Inn is an older hotel. We rented two rooms and both were very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was what you would expect for the complimentary breakfast at any hotel. We were pleased with our stay.

The hotel rooms were dated but clean. Having a room with a balcony looking over the boat docks and the Astoria bridge was spectacular. The free breakfast was a great perk and good coffee. The place was a great place for the price. We would book here again !

Front desk staff super nice and helpful. However, room was a disappointment: 1. Furthest room from Marina only saw a boggy area. Wish it was a better situated room. Super bummed about this. 2. Room very dirty (especially bathroom I have pix) and there was no deadbolt (have pix) which made us feel unsafe. Pillow looked like it had blood on it (have pix). 3. Beds uncomfortable. Very old and worn out. Overall, hotel looked/felt tired. Would love a discount if possible?

We recently stayed at the Riverwalk Hotel in Astoria and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was quieter than expected, with a lovely view of the marina. The hotel shows its age, especially in the bathrooms, which could use some updating. A few maintenance issues stood out, our smoke detectors didn’t seem properly connected, and the entry door was sticky and difficult to open.

Modest motel overlooking the marina; nice location and lots of personality. Shower and sink drained slowly and bathroom exhaust fan was not very effective. Otherwise the room was great, and you can't beat the price!

The balcony was nice overlooking the bay; excellent restaurant a two minute walk away. Parking was plentiful. Breakfast was somewhat minimalistic for my gluten-free friend.
