Enjoyed our stay at this property! It is in a central location with an easy and convenient drive to many of the places you would expect to visit when traveling to the area with children. Enough space for everyone to be comfortable, and it was a joy from the start!

Lovely home with great views of chatauqua lake, fully stocked kitchen and comfortable lounging furniture in family room. Shaun very responsive to all inquiries throughout booking process and vacation. Highly recommend this rental and plan to book again!

We had a great time at this location on Chautauqua Lake. Plenty of room, great size kitchen, eating area, and family room for all to gather. Everything was updated and very well kept. Idyllic getaway

This is one of the cleanest vacation homes ever. The very spacious, well-stocked kitchen is one of its best assets, along with the master bedroom/bath. Everyone was so comfortable! Central air made the summer stay possible. We loved hanging out on the back deck, had a bonfire, and took in the lake views. The neighborhood is quiet and super close to stores. It was an ideal holiday weekend.

Still Heartbroken to Leave

I needed a birthday getaway to escape family and work and have peace. My kiddos tried a little to interfere. Best birthday ever and yeah, 42 now. I could sit and be happy just staring at a lake or firepit all day long. Directions? I have serious driving issues so mapped out every step by step and had no issues. I absolutely thank y'all for sharing your home w us. Last year we stayed at the Harbor Hotel, with no complaints, but having a full home was entirely worth a little bit extra. Thank you for having us. My soul still hurts from having to leave. This was my first VRBO experience so I didn't know what to expect, but the communication was great; everything was easy. Y'all are the best and get EVERY recommendation. .

Shawn was an excellent host that went above and beyond during our stay. He replied within minutes to anything we asked. Property was extremely clean and fully stocked with anything we could possibly need! Walking through the yard to our boat was amazing! Highly highly recommended! Girl's Weekend Away

We had the absolute best time! Shawn's property was the perfect spot for a weekend on the water with my girlfriends. The house was beautiful, we enjoyed a bright and open living space and there were plenty of places for us all to sleep and get ready. The house was stocked with so much of what we needed and we were close to a gas station and other stores if we needed anything else during our stay. The location in general was ideal, we were just a quick drive from Bemus Point, which allowed us to easily experience some Chautauqua night life. We loved being right on the lake, with such a pretty view. The dock was perfect and easy to use while docking our boat or tying up our floats. I can't say enough great things about our stay, the property and how much fun we had. I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone else looking to vacation in Chautauqua.
