Visiting Asheville to see daughter who is in college. Condo was a short distance from the school and offered plenty of space. Owners were responsive and friendly. Highly recommend

The apartment has an odor of smoke, as if someone previously smoked in the home for years. The people who stayed above us were partying until the early hours of the morning, very loud and stomping around. Woke my children up multiple times and then I had the pleasure of waking up to the sound of someone violently vomiting at 6:30am. Not the owner’s fault, however it made our experience terrible and we left as soon as we could in the morning.

Good stay

We had a good stay here. We mainly needed a place where we could spend a couple nights, shower, and include our dog. It accomplished just that. Nothing fancy, but a comfortable stay. The only things to note are the location is a little tough to get in and out of. You just need to have patience and we didn’t have any trouble. Also the bathroom is more of a bath area than a bathroom, and the toilet is separated from the rest of the area by a partition. Again, no big deal for us as a single family, but could be a bit more awkward with other relatives or friends. All in all, we had a great stay and appreciate the hospitality and responsiveness of our host.
