Jim and Erica were amazing. This is such a beautiful property and we really enjoyed the fresh breakfast. The location was fantastic, just a few minutes from downtown Asheville and from Biltmore. Would highly recommend!

This was a cozy little Bed and Breakfast that just felt like home. We really loved everything about staying here, from the coziness of the rooms, to the breakfasts, to even the way the floorboards creaked because the house was old. Just our ideal place to stay.

The Oakland Cottage B&B was elegantly decorated for Christmas, which felt very much like home with the fireplace burning. The breakfast was very tasty.

Great location- walkable to the River Arts District. Erika and John were wonderful hosts. Beautiful old house-well redone. Lovely breakfast and hot coffee- available in-room and downstairs. Will definitely stay with them again on trips to Asheville.

The property was beautiful and the host was amazing. The room was huge and so beautiful. We had our own private sitting porch overlooking a forest. The breakfast was way beyond our expectations, every morning was exceeded by the next day.

We are big fans of Asheville in general and decided to try this B&B for this trip. Really nice property with a spacious room. The breakfasts were delicious and unique and every evening there were yummy cookies waiting for each room. One really nice touch was a refrigerator off the dining room with bottles of cold water and chilled glasses we could use. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and it's an easy trip to either downtown Asheville or the Biltmore via car. Easy parking out front.
